Access to and use of this website are governed by the terms and conditions described below, as well as by the applicable laws of the Republic of Chile and, in the absence of those or these, by the generally accepted standards of e-commerce. Accordingly, all visits and all purchases and sales made on this site, as well as their legal effects, will be governed by these rules and subject to the aforementioned laws and standards.

The terms and conditions described here are considered to be part of all purchases and sales carried out or entered into through the offering and marketing systems included on this website between the users of this site, hereinafter also referred to interchangeably as the “User(s),” the “Consumer(s),” or the “Client(s),” and Sociedad de Inversiones Shekinah SpA, hereinafter the “Company,” owner and administrator of the website www.luxeny.cl, hereinafter the “Site,” legally represented by Crystal Keila Figueroa Torres.

Accepting the Terms and Conditions is a mandatory requirement for purchasing on the Site. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, users declare that they have been clearly, comprehensibly, and unequivocally informed of them, and that they have had the opportunity to store, print, or save them for future reference.

All legally relevant communications regarding products, warranties, claims, returns, or other matters related to consumer rights must be handled through these channels.

THIRD: FREEDOM OF BROWSING and ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Users will enjoy all the rights recognized by the consumer protection laws in force in Chile, as well as those granted in these terms and conditions. Simply visiting this site, where certain goods are offered, does not impose any obligation on Users unless they have clearly accepted the conditions offered by the Company, as indicated in these terms and conditions.

FOURTH: Modification and Termination of conditions.

The personal data provided by Users may only be used by the Company to complete sales contracts, receive payments, and improve the information and marketing of products and services with Users, and may not be disclosed to third parties unrelated to the Company. Users will always have the rights to access, rectify, cancel, and oppose their personal data in accordance with the law, as detailed in the Privacy Policy at the following link: Privacy Policies

FIFTH: Product exchanges and returns.

The Consumer has the right to request the exchange of a defective product or a refund of the price paid if it presents any issues, as well as to their legal or voluntary warranties, in accordance with the law on consumer rights protection, by sending an email to sac@luxeny.cl with the return request. The return period is 6 months, and you can request either a refund or a product exchange. The refund will be processed within a maximum of 7 business days via bank transfer once the customer’s information has been confirmed.

SIXTH: Right of Withdrawal.

In accordance with Article 3 bis, letter b) of Law No. 19,496 on Consumer Rights Protection, the Customer may unilaterally terminate the contract made by electronic means within 10 days from receipt of the product.

SEVENTH: Product origin.

All products sold through the Site www.luxeny.cl are of Brazilian origin. The Company directly imports a carefully selected range of cosmetic products from Brazil, which meet high quality standards and are properly certified for sale in the territory of the Republic of Chile. This information can also be found in the description of each product or requested through the communication channels provided by the Company.
